Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns is available only if the product is damaged or you have received a wrong product. It is not available if you face size issues. For size issues you can exchange the product for the correct size. If you can not find the correct size in our website then please email us at mailers@kreedee.com and we can help


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you had received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please log in to your account and then to your Orders page and follow the instructions, or alternatively please click on "Manage Returns & Exchanges" page at the footer menu and follow the instructions or, you can always contact us for any return question at mailers@kreedee.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please also note that returns will not be accepted if the product did not have any defect or if the right product was delivered.
